Position: Licensed Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on residential plumbing systems, adhering to safety standards and codes.
• Diagnose plumbing issues thoroughly and efficiently resolve them to exceed customer expectations.
• Upgrade existing plumbing systems to improve performance and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
• Prioritize safety to protect homeowners and team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing license and demonstrated experience in residential plumbing.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Physical ability to lift equipment (minimum of 50 pounds).
