Join Heritage as a Parts Runner and play a vital role in our team of field technicians. Your responsibility will be essential in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of parts, materials, and equipment to job sites, enabling our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment from the warehouse to job sites as directed.
• Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and promptly report shortages or reordering needs.
• Maintain detailed delivery records for documentation and billing purposes.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members to respond promptly to urgent requests.
• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and comply with safety regulations while driving and delivering parts.
• Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

• MA DOT Card Required
• Knowledgeable in Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC parts, tools, and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical fitness to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
