What You’ll Do

• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety

• Collaborate with fellow team members to plan and execute jobs based on scope, timelines, and customer needs

• Cut, measure, and fit materials such as ductwork, piping, and wiring

• Ensure proper connection of HVAC systems to ductwork, electrical systems, and controls

• Test and commission systems to confirm functionality and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in the field

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing system overviews and maintenance guidance

• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders and system records

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following company and OSHA safety protocols

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)

• Solid experience in HVAC installation, including knowledge of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Familiarity with state and local building codes and HVAC best practices

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specs

• Proficiency with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and great attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 21 years old per company vehicle policy)
