As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning the ins and outs of the trade while delivering excellent service to our customers. This is a hands-on role designed for motivated individuals looking to grow their skills and become certified HVAC professionals.

What You'll Do:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll support our technicians and learn how to:

• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and system installations
• Use tools and testing equipment under supervision to identify HVAC system issues
• Help perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts for the job 
• Communicate with customers in a respectful, professional manner
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and vehicles
• Follow all company safety protocols 
• Document work performed using our digital tools and systems
• Participate in training sessions to build your technical skills and industry knowledge

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Technical school training or HVAC coursework (preferred, not required)

• A strong desire to learn the HVAC trade

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with your hands

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied environments

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends (with notice)
