Join the Heritage Home Service team as a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician - Multiple Shifts (Second Shift & Weekends) at our Tewksbury, MA location

We currently have 4 open positions and are hiring for the following shifts:

Shift Options (Choose What Works Best for You):

• Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2 openings)

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2 openings)
  All shifts are full-time, with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems

• Conduct system tune-ups, safety checks, and performance tests

• Identify potential issues and recommend preventive solutions

• Maintain accurate service records using digital tools

• Communicate findings and recommendations with customers in a professional manner

• Uphold all safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior independent HVAC maintenance or service experience is required

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer communication and time management skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Necessary HVAC certifications, including EPA
