Customer Service Representative - Heritage Home Service

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making every interaction count.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in our system
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, customer-first attitude and team mindset
Basic computer skills (training provided)
