As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience while delivering top-notch service to our customers. This isn’t just a job—it’s the first step toward becoming a Lead HVAC Install expert.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in installing residential heating and cooling systems
• Learn the ins and outs of HVAC from our industry experts
• Ensure top-notch quality and safety on every job
• Keep tools and parts organized for smooth operations
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety protocols
• Document work using our digital tools
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical school or HVAC coursework is preferred
• Hands-on experience in the field is a plus!
• EPA or Gas Trainee is great, but not necessary
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the trade
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
• Available to work full-time Monday through Friday
