We are seeking a dynamic Trades Manager with proven leadership ability, a strong record of driving KPIs, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to lead our expanding Worcester‑area team.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Take Care of Customers: Ensure top‑tier service, resolve concerns quickly, and build long‑term customer relationships.
  • Drive Exceptional Metrics: Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Design Elite-Level Training: Recruit HVAC talent, build training programs, and promote ongoing skill development and career advancement.
