Heritage Home Service is expanding our plumbing excavation team in Wilmington, MA, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Excavator who takes pride in quality work, safety, and great customer service. What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair sewer systems (7 ft+ depth)
Safely excavate around utilities, foundations, and tight-access areas
Operate backhoes, mini-excavators, skid steers, and compacting equipment
Install and service sewer lines and plumbing systems
Follow all MA plumbing codes and Heritage safety standards
Maintain equipment and keep jobsites clean and organized
Communicate clearly with plumbers, crew members, and homeowners
Complete job documentation and assist with related tasks
What You Bring
2+ years of plumbing experience with excavation background
- Type 1C Operator's Classification required
Strong sewer repair and shoring experience
Ability to work safely in challenging excavation environments
Solid problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to tow trailers and move equipment
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety
