Are you organized, dependable, and looking to support a fast-paced home services team? Heritage Home Services is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations running efficiently.
At Heritage, you'll play a key role in warehouse organization, inventory management, job staging, and delivering parts and equipment to technicians and job sites. If you enjoy staying active, supporting a team, and making a direct impact on daily operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Run parts, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Load and unload equipment from trucks and job sites
- Stage installation jobs for technician pickup or delivery
- Assist with company vehicle maintenance logistics as needed
- Support installers, technicians, and the daily replenishment process
- Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
- Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 / hour
