Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospects to understand their HVAC requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to identify target markets and focus on high-potential opportunities.

 

  1. HVAC Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HVAC products and services offered by the company, including heating systems, air conditioning units, ventilation solutions, and energy-efficient upgrades.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to stay informed about the latest product developments and service offerings.

 

  1. Consultative Selling:
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, concerns, and preferences to recommend the most appropriate HVAC solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and professional advice to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' existing HVAC systems and propose cost-effective upgrades or replacements.

 

  1. Proposal Preparation:
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive sales proposals to showcase the recommended HVAC solutions and associated benefits.
  • Present proposals in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing customer needs and pain points.

 

  1. Sales Closing:
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.
  • Overcome objections and address customer concerns effectively to secure successful sales.
  • Close deals in a timely manner while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

 

  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up with clients after installations or services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to offer additional services and upsell products when appropriate.

 

  1. Sales Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track sales performance against targets and report progress to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.

 

  1. Market Analysis:
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and potential growth areas.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demands to inform future marketing strategies.

 

  1. Industry Networking:
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and acquire new leads.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services, as well as an understanding of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

What YOU will bring::

  • 3-5 years of past sales management experience
  •  Management/Ownership of a residential service company (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical)
  • Proven ability to drive REVENUE across all departments
  • Proven experience in sales, activity planning, or similar position.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales presentations/training, and direct and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and sales metrics.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high energy and positivity.

  • Facilitate, track, and evaluate the daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Effectively monitor team productivity based on KPIs, use data to improve outcomes
  • Coach and motivate Technicians to enhance productivity
  • Monitor and manage opportunities for revenue
  • Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company
  • Drive revenue and meet targeted quotas
  • Maintain a record of achieving a high level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Delegate responsibility and maintain follow-up for assessment of results
  • Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
