Overview

Mission:

The Employee Services Coordinator will support our employee services department and Heritage team. This role requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information. The position will involve comprehensive support across various HR functions, with a focus on payroll, M&A activities, employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

M&A Benefit Enrollment / M&A Onboarding:

  • Assist in the smooth transition of employees during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in the benefit enrollment processes for new employees resulting from M&A activities.

Onboarding / Offboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
  • Prepare welcome letters and ensure timely distribution.
  • Follow up on I9 completion with various locations.
  • Maintain and manage the Onboard/Offboarding dashboard to track and report progress.

Payroll Admin:

  • Serve as primary contact and processor of the payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing. 

Coordinator of Appointments:

  • Coordinate HR-related appointments and meetings, ensuring efficiency in scheduling.

Apprenticeship Programs:

  • Handle apprenticeship registration and follow-up processes.
  • Manage and follow up on applications for apprenticeship programs.

Employee File Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with documentation and record-keeping standards for employee files.


Data Management:


  • Manage and update employee data in the company HRIS, ATS and other sytems ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Help Desk / Email Management:

  • Provide support for HR-related inquiries and manage the HR email inbox.
