Heritage Home Service is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators. We specialize in setting appointments for free estimates on Heating and A/C system replacements and scheduling seasonal maintenance tune-ups.
Mission of the Role:
As a Lead Generator, you play a pivotal role in connecting customers with essential HVAC services that enhance their comfort and satisfaction. Engage customers in a friendly and informative manner to ensure they understand the value of our services, fostering meaningful interactions that support our commitment to delivering high-quality home solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
- Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via provided App.
- Promote free estimates for HVAC system replacements and seasonal maintenance services.
- Educate prospective clients on the value of our services.
- Collaborate with retail team members to enhance internal lead generation efforts.
- Communicate professionally with customers, understanding their needs, presenting services, and arranging consultations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Availability and Work Schedule:
- Typically scheduled for 4-6 hour shifts; part-time and full-time positions available.
- Flexibility in scheduling Sunday through Friday based on company needs and store traffic.
- Occasional work on major retail holidays and during holiday shopping seasons.
- Scheduled hours may vary weekly based on seasonal business fluctuations.
Work Locations:
- Primarily in selected Big Box retail locations in Maine.
- Locations assigned within a reasonable distance from your home.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in lead generation, cold calling, or retail advantageous.
- Training provided; previous retail experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to $30 per hour: guaranteed $20 per hour plus generous commissions and bonuses.
